(l-r) Le Cellier's Bernard and Jorinda Flour, Chef and Owner of Alchemy Ms. Tina Moscardon, et moi. |
The merry-month of October has seen a lot of festivities that are more special and better than the ordinary. True to their joyful spirit, the Belgian-Filipino Business Club in the Philippines recently held an October Happy Hour at medieval-like resto-bar Alchemy, which is located on Durban Street, Bel-Air Makati.
Hosted by the ever-gracious Madame Jorinda Flour and Monsieur Bernard Flour of Le Cellier French Wine Selection, the tight group of Belgians, Filipinos and guests of all nationalities came together to enjoy the over-flowing drinks for a mere 500 Pesos entry fee. The gathering's aim is to network among the business community and get acquainted with different businesses led by professionals and entrepreneurs, while having fun along the way.
One of the fun places to hold this is at the middle of the busy nightlife streets in Makati. Discovering Alchemy with its unique gothic and medieval era design, it was a nice surprise to see a cozy place in the midst of popular bars. Chef and owner, Tina Moscardon was on hand to mingle with the guests after serving her delicious food fare.
To partner the good food with great wine is a must, thus the restaurant partnered with Le Cellier French Wine Selection to deliver the best wine to go with each dish.
