Every third Thursday of November, a grand tradition is celebrated simultaneously around the world; the welcoming of a French wine harvest... the Beaujolais Nouveau.
A much celebrated and awaited event in Manila, Soiree Beaujolais is now on its 26th year, marking the success of this tradition, which is organized annually by the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines.
This year, the Soiree Beaujolais is recreating Chateau de Versailles, during the period of the last queen of France, Marie Antoinette. As in every year, French cheeses and charcuteries directly flown in from France, and other dishes prepared by the Marriott Hotel Chef will be lavishly served.
Free-flowing wine will also be an addition to the Beaujolais vintage, courtesy of Le Cellier French Wines, a leading wine distributor in the Philippines. Entertainment, DJ music, and a raffle draw with the grand prize of a round-trip ticket to Paris await the lucky guest.
This is also a celebration with a heart. There will be an art auction, which will be led by versatile artist and celebrity, Solenn Heussaff, with the proceeds going to disaster rehabilitation, children welfare, and healthcare of the victims of the 2013 typhoon Haiyan, through the newly established Foundation of the French Chamber of Commerce.

The Soiree Beaujolais 2016 will take center stage on November 29, 2016 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom. The palace doors will open at 6:00 PM.
