Executive Chef David Chu Wai Fung has created Mom’s Imperial Treat a 4-course, 8-dish lauriat featuring some of Passion’s best-sellers. All of the dishes in the set have been carefully selected to complement and balance each other for a perfectly harmonious dining experience. “The difference of this year’s Mom’s Imperial Treat is that we have dishes that is a fusion of mixed tastes, yet balanced with all the dishes combined,” said Chef David.
Passion is RWM’s signature fine-dining Chinese restaurant. With its wide selection of dim sum, and other Cantonese dishes and desserts, Passion has become a firm favorite among Manila’s Filipino-Chinese community, as well as discerning foodies who appreciate authentic gourmet cooking.
Mom's Imperial Treat starts off with a Crispy Salmon Roll with Japanese Dressing Sauce. It also has the sweet contrast of fruit salad in it.
A steaming bowl of Braised Local Scallops with Spinach Soup warms the heart.
The main course features Wok Fried Shredded US Beef with 2 Kinds of French Beans, a fusion of tastes that delights the palate.
The Wok Fried Shrimps with Salted Egg Yolk is to die for.
Xi Yan Style Lapu-Lapu Fillet, is a best-seller fresh catch at Passion.
Shanghai Style Stewed Pork Belly completes the belly-bursting set.
Matching all the main dishes with Garlic Fried Rice with Malay Sauce is the bomb.
For dessert, a delectable exotic Chilled Osmanthus Jelly with Red Bean Cake is a refreshingly sweet treat that is perfect for the summer.
