On November 29, this much awaited wine and dine experience will be extra special with the presence of Jean-Hubert FABRE at the Champagne Room of The Manila Hotel. This sit-down dinner will showcase the following wines, namely; Lions De Fabre Bordeaux Blanc 2019, Lions De Fabre Bordeaux Rouge 2017, Lions de Fabre Médoc 2017, and Château Carreyre Margaux 2016. These are all locally distributed in the Philippines by Le Cellier French Wine Selection.
Jean-Hubert FABRE comes from the line of the family-owned Domaines FABRE estates in Haut-Medoc and in Margaux, concentrating all their efforts to offer high-class wines.

He joined the family business in 2017 and is in charge of the family estate in Margaux that is responsible for their direct sales of 650 000 bottles per year. Domaines FABRE estates in Haut-Medoc and in Margaux adheres to eco-friendly cultivation by giving priority to sustainable development in the vineyard and the cellar.
